Galba (c.106 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.920 grams), obv. laureate heads of the Dei Penates cojoined to left, D.P.P. before, rev. two soldiers swearing oath over sow, P above, C.SVLPICI.C.F. in exergue, (S.189, Cr.312/1, Syd.572, Sulpicia 1). Serated edge, off centred on obverse, otherwise very fine, scarce.
