Attica, Aegina, (525/20-500 B.C.), silver stater, (12.222 grams), obv. smoothed shell sea turtle without row of dots down dorsal spine, with clead head and flippers, rev. small incuse square, of 'small skew' design with five sunken triangle compartments, (S.1858, Asyut Group III-IV, 'Small skew' cf.464, SNG Cop. 501, cf.Selinus hoard 99-100). Slightly off centred reverse punch, otherwise nearly very fine and rare.

This is the second major stage of development in the reverse punch style of Aegina.
