Gordian III, (A.D. 238-244), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, (4.752 grams), obv. radiate bust right, around IMP CAES GORDIANVS PIVS AVG, rev. LIBERALITAS AVG II around, Liberalitas standing left, (S.2439, RIC 36, RSC 130); another similar, (3.638 grams), obv. similar IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, rev. similar but AVG III, (S.2440, RIC 67, RSC 142); another similar (4.866 grams), rev. P M TR P IIII COS II P P, Apollo seated to left, (S.2452, RIC 88, RSC 250). Good very fine or better. (3)
