Severus Alexander, (A.D.222-235), silver denarius, issued 222, Rome mint, (2.582 grams), obv. laureate bust to right, around IMP C MAVR SEV ALEXAND AVG, rev. LIBERTA S AVG, Libertas standing to left, holding pileus and cornucopiae, (S.7881, RIC 156, RSC 152c); another Rome mint, (3.012 grams), issued 225, similar obverse, rev. Virtus standing right, VIRTVS AVG around, (S.7934, RIC 182, RSC 576). Good very fine. (2)
