Mysia, Cyzicus, Imperial times under Gallienus, (A.D. 253-268), AE 22, (8.940 grams), obv. laureate bust of Gallienus to left, right hand raised, around **AVT KPLIK GALLIHNOC CEB, rev. Demeter standing to left, holding corn ears and sceptre, around ACK**LHPIADOU KUZIKNWN*, (S.-, cf.SNG France 5, 886, BMC -, cf.SNG Cop. 133 [same obverse die] and 138, SNG Von Aulock -). Extremely fine and very rare, type apparently unpublished.
