THE TWELVE CAESARS, collection of medals 27mms, of 11 of the 12 Caesars, struck 18th or early 19th century, housed in half of the original case, featuring portrait of Emperor and brief biographical detail on the reverse, includes Julius Cesar (sic), Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, Nero, Galba (2), Otho, Vitellius, Vespasian and Domitian struck from broken die. Mostly extremely fine. (11)
