Van Diemen's Land, an Indenture of the 30th October 1823 (Conveyancing) between John Edward Cox from the Macquarie River and George Carr Clark of Hobart Town, of 100 acres of land for ten shillings at Glenorchy VDL, being the cash and other money received and despatched of various individuals arranged in day order commencing on November 21 1826 going through to October 1, 1830, 182 pps with complete single column entries. Fine.
