Antoninus Pius, (A.D. 138-161), AE sestertius, (22.92 grams), Rome mint, issued A.D. 159-160, obv. laureate head of Antoninus Pius to right, around ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XXIII, rev. PIETATI AVG COS IIII, S C across field, Pietas standing to left, holding globe and child, at her sides two children, (S.4205, RIC 1031, BMC 2089, C.621). Dark brown patina, good very fine/very fine.
