Distinguished Conduct Medal (GVIR) (1422095 W.O. Cl.III. F.W.Warren. R.A.); 1939-45 Star; Italy Star; Defence Medal; British War Medal 1939-45 (MID); Coronation Medal 1937; Long Service and Good Conduct Medal (GVIR) (1422095 W.O. Cl.3. F.W.Warren. R.A.). Distinguished Conduct Medal and Long Service and Good Conduct Medal named, impressed, others unnamed. Extremely fine.
DCM: London Gazette 20 December 1940 (France and Belgium). 'For conspicuous ability, leadership and coolness under fire whilst serving as Troop Sergeant Major of 2nd AA Bty, 6TH AA Regt, RA. His Section was attacked from the air on several occasions and was also shelled out of various positions. He always was a tower of strength and by his quiet, determined manner, a pattern to his Section.'
