N.Z. Jersey Cattle Breeders' Association, in silver gilt (32mm), loop suspension, no makers name, inscribed on reverse 'J.O.M. Parris' Dursley Metalline 236910 Snr 2yrs C.O.R. Test Yearly 689.06 lb fat 1950' (S.484). Very fine.
Sutherland lists the medal as being by Theo Mayer, Auckland but his reference may be to an earlier maker.
