GLORIA RO MANORVM around, ALEA in exergue, emperor on ship, Victory seated at helm, wreath to left, (S.4161, RIC 6b, C.22); Theodosius I, (A.D.379-395), AE 21, Antioch mint, (5.548 grams), issued 392-395, obv. pearl diademed, draped and cuirassed bust to right, around D N THEODO SIVS P F AVG, rev.
