Description
Shah Jahan II, Rafi-ud-Daula, (A.H.1131, A.D.1719), gold mohur, year 1, (1719), 11.094 grams, Surat mint, (KM.418.8). Extremely fine and very scarce.
Only a trace of the ruler'sd nane is disernable and no mint but the symbol on the issue is for Surat. Likewise the size of the flan suggest that this coin was struck in the above reign and not in Shah Jahan III reign.
