Germanicus and Augustus, (d.A.D. 19), silver drachm, Caesarea in Cappadocia mint, issued A.D. 37-38, (3.638 grams), obv. bare head of Germanicus to right, around GERMANICVS CES TI AVG ..., rev. radiate head of Augustus to left, around DIVVS AVG VSTVS, (cf.S.1819 [£450 VF], RPC 3623, cf.RIC 10, RSC 2c, cf.BMC 105, p.162 note). Lightly toned, fine and very rare.
