Mining Lease, granted to John McGregor Munro of Walhalla, three hundred and eleven acres one rood and two perches in the County of Fanjil, Parish of Moondarrah in the Mining District of Gipps Land for the purpose of mining, signed and seal, by Governor Hopetoun, 15th December 1890 together with receipt attached; Miner's Right issued to Charles Collier of Chewton, 8th July 1896; Garden License (10) to David Johnson of Strangways, dated 19/2/1901 to 22/10/1909.
