Conveyance of Land between the Colonial Bank of Australasia, William Atkin McIntosh of Melbourne and James Howatson of Mount Derrimut of one hundred and one acres one rood and twenty perches in the County of Bourke, Parish of Derrimut, dated 23rd December 1885 with Victoria stamp duty tied stamps of five pounds and two pounds (2), and half crown and one penny (2) stamps.
