Mark Antony, (38-37 B.C.), silver denarius, mint moving with Mark Antony, issued in Athens in Summer 38 B.C., (3.378 grams), obv. standing figure of Mark Antony to right, dressed as a priest holding lituus, M. ANTONI[VS M.F.] M.N. AVGVR IMP TER around, rev. radiate head of Sol to right, III. VI[R R.P.C. COS DE]SIG. ITER. ET. TERT. around, (S.1474 [£185 VF], Cr.533/2, Syd.1199, C. Mark Antony 13). Weak in places, otherwise very fine and very scarce.

Crawford has determined that less than 30 obverse dies were used for this type.
