SUCHAKRA VIJAYA (THE VICTORY OF THE DHARMA), silver base tanka issue of Tibet, c.1840, obv. and rev. inscription in Phags-pa (Tibetan seal script), (KM. C.15). Nearly very fine and very rare.
The issue is extensively discussed in Numismatics International January 1987 p.21ff, by author Nicholas G. Rhodes, a copy is included with this lot.
