AEMILIAN, (A.D. 253), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, (2.98 grams), obv. radiate bust of Aemilian to right, around IMP AEMILIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, rev. around ROMAE AETERN, Roma standing to left, holding phoenix and sceptre, (S.2860, RIC 9, C.41). Very fine and rare.
