Colony of Victoria, Mallee Pastoral Lease of land in the County of Tatchera, to Walter Smith of Swan Hill, signed and sealed by Chief Justice Sir William Foster Stawell, dated 18th June 1884; Certificate of Insolvency in the matter of Julien Bourdeau of Daylesford, dated 12th February, 1863; Certificate of Discharge from Insolvency, Melbourne, 1899; Release by Creditors, 1894. Seal cracked and tears in folds on first document, otherwise very fine. (4)
