Trio: Military Medal (GVR); British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal. 7094 Pte J.Thomspn 14/Aust:Inf on first medal, 7094 Pte J.Thomson 14Bn A.I.F. on second and third medals. Impressed. Good - very fine.
M.M.: C.G.: No.66 2May1918. 'During the recent operations near Onnebeke on 26th Sept 1917 Pte Thomson carried back wounded from the front line often under heavy shell and M.G. fire. He was consistently going during the period of the operation although almost overcome with fatigue he stuck to his duty until all wounded were evacuated.' Together with female relatives badge and assorted badges, shoulder titles, buttons.
