Constantius II, (A.D. 337-361), gold solidus, Antioch mint, issued A.D. 347-355, (4.210 grams), obv. rosette diademed bust draped and cuirassed of Constantius to right, around FL IVL CONSTAN TIVS PER P AVG, rev. Roma and Constantinopolis enthroned both supporting a shield inscrived VOT/XX/MVLT/XXX, around GLORIA REI PVBLICA, in exergue SMANH, (cf.S.3988, RIC 251 [R2]). Full flan, nearly extremely fine and very rare.
