The Federal Bank of Australia, one pound, Sydney, 1st June 1891, No.57227 (MVR p.163). Very good and extremely rare, the only known issue with this domicile in private hands. $ Only one other issued note of this bank is known in private hands and this was a one pound domiciled in Melbourne ex the Walsgott Collection. This bank is not represented in the Nicholson Collection.
