Crown lease, to Walter Smith of Swan Hill for land in the County of Tatchera, signed and sealed by Chief Justice Sir William Foster Stawell, dated 18th June 1884; Certificate of Insolvency in the matter of Julien Bourdeau of Daylesford, dated 12th February, 1863, handwritten on vellum. Seal cracked and tears in folds on first document, otherwise very fine. (2)
