Aelia Flaccilla, wife of Theodosius I, (died A.D. 386), AE 2, Antioch mint, issued A.D. 383-386, (6.116 grams), obv. draped bust of Aelia Flaccilla to right, around AEL FLACCILLA AVG, rev. Empress standing facing folded arms, around SALVS REI PVBLICAE, in exergue ANTE, (S.4193 [£100], RIC 62, C.6). Minor surface oxidation, otherwise nearly very fine and rare.
