Egypt, Alexandria, Probus, (A.D. 276-282), billon tetradrachm, year 2 = A.D. 276-277, (9.18 grams), obv. laureate draped and cuirassed bust of Probus to right, around A K M AVP **P*POBOC CEB, rev. eagle standing to left, head to right holding olive branch, L B across the field, another year 3 = A.D. 277-278, obv. similar, rev. eagle to right, with transverse palm, L **G* across field, (cf.S.4772-3, BMC 2427, 2439, Milne 4540, 4564, Koln 3126, 3129-3130). Good very fine or better. (2)
