Fraser for Minister of Finance; National Savings Bond, one pound, 14th October 1942 issued at Tauranga; one pound, 16 June 1943 issued at Napier, with a purple '3rd Liberty Loan' sticker attached; one pound, 11th Sep 1944 issued in Wellington, with a red 'Victory Bond' sticker attached: one pound, 15th June 1945 issued in Christchurch, with a red '1945 Victory Bond' sticker attached; one pound, 26 July 1949 issued in Devonport, nominal value and signature overprinted: ten pounds, 23 June 1941 issued in Christchurch; ten pounds, 2 Oct 1944 issued in Christchurch, with a red 'Victory Bond' sticker attached: together with a National Savings Repayment 'guidance of investors' leaflet.
