New Zealand, The New Zealand Commercial Exchange Co. Limited. Head Office Wellington, two shillings and sixpence pence sterling, store note, c.1898, No.0153, hand signed by D.M. Douglas and N? Sherriff Bain, red print; another, six-pence sterling, c.1898, No.0509, hand signed J.M. Walton? and N? Sherriff Bain, black print, (Sutherland 277 (P.194-5). Nearly very fine; fair and very rare.(2)
Both the above denominations were not in the Gary Levin collection, (Noble Numismatics Sale 69. lots 3065-3068).
