Anglo Saxon, Edward the Confessor (1042-1066), silver penny, issued 1065-1066, (1.12 grams), Pyramids type, obv. crowned bust right, rev. cross with pyramids in three angles and annulet in other angle, around SCVLA ON EOFER (York mint), (Br. 10, BMC XV, N.831, S.1184). Nearly extremely fine and rare.
