BIRMINGHAM, Political penny, anti the Rev. J. Priestley July 14, 1791 the date of the Birmingham riots, monster sedition flying with four wings/a snake in the grass (D&H 34). Dull even brown with traces of original mint red, nearly uncirculated and scarce.
