Marcus Aurelius, (A.D. 161-180), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued 171-2, (27.32 grams), obv. laureate head to right, around M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXVI, rev. IMP VI COS III around, S C across field, Roma seated left, holding Victory and spear, (S.1431, RIC.1033, C.281), Dark green-black patina, almost a full flan, nearly extremely fine/very fine or better and rare thus in this condition.
