Macedon, kingdom of Alexander III (the Great), (336-323 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (17.00 grams), Byblos mint, issued c.330-320 B.C., obv. head of Herakles to right with lion skin, rev. Zeus seated to left, eagle in outstretched hand, AP monogram in left field, (Price 3426, cf.S.6689). Small flan, otherwise good very fine.
