ELMSTHORPE, Richard Fowke's halfpenny, 1800 (D&H 2) a private token by Hancock. Attractive dark patina, minor rim nicks, good extremely fine and very rare, only 18 struck.

(Fowke (1716-1814) was a coin collector.) Purchased from R. Gladdle in 1986 (from C. Eimer 1/4/84).
