PORT PHILLIP, Kangaroo Office, uniface striking in lead of the obverse die of the gold half ounce 1853 by Stokes circa 1917. Die break from 3 o'clock to 5 o'clock on the raised rim, usual die rust marks, oxidised otherwise very fine and probably unique.
