MACEDON, Philip II, (359-336 B.C.), silver fifth stater, posthumous issue of Amphipolis mint issued 323-315 B.C., (2.3 grams), obv. head of Apollo to right, hair bound with tainia, rev. naked youth on horse prancing to right, shield on side below horse, (S.6689, Le Rider Pl.46,29). Good fine and rare.
