D.1,6 ex Richard Williams Collection (the second from Max Stern & Co. in December 1968) through L. B. Nugent in 1969, 3 ex W.G. Wright Collection 4,7 ex Myles Gerson Collection, (4 from P. Deane July 1982, 7 from Spink in 1985), 5 from F. Schwer in 1984, 6 from Spink in 1975.
