D.2 from Baldwin in 1973 (good extremely fine), D.5 ex W.G. Wright Collection (from Spink in 1949 as 6 bis). D.5 central flan flaw leaving hole, 7 ex Richard Williams Collection (second from Regal in 1968), 10 from F. Schwer in 1984.
