POLITICAL AND SOCIAL SERIES, Handel halfpenny (D&H 1021 (illustrated, 1022, 1023). T. Hardy halfpennies, 1794 (D&H 1024 (2), 1025, 1026, 1027 (2), 1028 (illustrated)). Several with traces of mint red, extremely fine-nearly uncirculated, the last three rare. (10)

The first ex Glendinings in 1964, the second 1027 ex S.V. Hagley Collection, the second from Gothic Coins in June 1983, the others from Spink in 1975, except 1023 acquired in 1960's.
