PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Gotarzes I, (c.95-87 B.C.), silver drachm, (3.9 grams), Ecbatana mint, obv. bust to left with beard, wearing a tiara with horn in centre, rev. archer seated to right on throne, five line inscription, (S.7394; Sellwood 33.2, Shore 111). Toned, very fine and scarce.
