PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Mithradates II, (123-88 B.C.), silver drachm, (4.1 grams), Rhagae mint, obv. medium size bare-headed bust to left with long beard, wearing diadem, rev. archer seated right on throne, five line inscription, (S.7371, Sellwood 27.1, Shore 85). Attractive, slightly off centred on the obverse, otherwise good very fine.

This is the first use of the title 'King of kings' on Parthian coins.
