HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), Paduan cast medal, after Giovanni Cavino, (26.7 grams), obv. bare head of emperor Hadrian to right, HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, rev. galley with two ranks of oars, Neptune at bow, above FELICITATI AVG, below COS III P P over SC, (Lawrence 47, Klawans 1, [p.76-77]). Of good style, attractive brown patina, good very fine.
