HOBDAY & JOBBERNS, Christchurch penny, undated (A.250-1; L.323). Struck from defaced obverse die, reverse planchet flaw and usual tunnel flaw. Dark brown, good fine and probably unique.

Purchased from B. Daly in 1986. All the forgoing Hobday & Jobberns pennies have a corrected (re-punched) lettering in the issuer's name.
