CHARLES I, (1625-1649), Tower Mint, gold unite, second bust, mm plumes, 1630-1 (S.2690, N.2149, Brooker 63 [similar dies a variety like this example with new garniture to shield]). Weak in one spot either side, minor double striking on XX, otherwise good very fine and rare.
Purchased privately in 1967.
