HENRY VIII, (1509-1547), gold crown of the double rose, second coinage, mm.rose/lis, issued 1526-1533, HK both sides (Henry and Catherine of Aragon), London mint, (S.2274, N.1788). Full flan, weak at 12 o'clock possibly has been mounted, otherwise good fine and rare as a mule.

Ex Auckland Coin Company, purchased in 1968.
