SOUTHERN BRITAIN, uninscribed issue, Atrebates, Atrebatic Abstract type (c.55 - 45 B.C.), gold stater, (5.8 grams), obv. well-worn die no evidence of original abstracted head of Apollo, rev. disjointed horse right, horse with triple tail with pellet terminal and seven spoke wheel below horse, (S.39, Van A. 216-1 notes as rare). Very fine/extremely fine and rare.
