BOLIVIA, Philip IV (1621-1665), cob eight reales, dated, [16]53 (three times one weak), Potosi mint, (22.7 gms), Assayer E, (Cal.506, KM.21). Struck on an irregular flan with off-centred obverse, but with some porosity, dark tone, but good silver colour, very fine and very scarce.
Ex. `Maravillas' wreck.
