BOLIVIA, Philip IV (1621-1665), cob eight reales, transitional dated type, [16]52, (twice), Potosi mint, (21.3 gms), 52 on reverse very weak, Assayer E, (Cal.503, KM.20.1). Struck with usual weak areas, light porosity on reverse, fairly round, silver colour tone, generally fine or better and a very rare only date for type coin.
