BOLIVIA, Philip IV (1621-1665), cob eight reales, countermarked crown/F type c.1651, dated 1651 (weak on 65), Potosi mint, Assayer E, (26.9 gms), (Cal.499 [without countermark], KM.C19.3). Struck with usual weak areas, flan crack, dark hoard colour tone, generally fine - very fine and a very rare countermark on this type coin.
