INDIA, Duncan Stratton and Co, Bombay, test pieces (4) for Rupee, « rupee and ¬ rupee and 2 - annas, by Greenwood and Batley Limited, Albion Works, Leeds, all with tiger on obverse and monogram with legend on reverse (Pr SNC Sep 1960, Nos 1-4) undated but circa 1904 (see lot (entry 1423). Attractive brown patinas just hints of mint red. Uncirculated and rare (4).
