DUBLIN, E. Stephens, penny, 1813, (Withers ), a proof struck in silver. Less worn than previous however has been neatly plugged at top and tooled in field behind harp otherwise nearly extremely fine and excessively rare.

Purchased from P. Deane in 1984 (his ticket says ex Murdoch lot 193).
