CHARLES II, pass for the Touching Ceremony, undated, in copper (30mm) (W.12) (Peck 496). Nearly extremely fine and rare.

Ex Sotheby Sale (lot 206). Ceremonies were held at the Banqueting Hall in Whitehall for the King to touch the sick, admission was by ticket so popular was the ceremony as each attendee received a gold touch piece.
